You can book a ride through our website, mobile app, or by calling our 24/7 support line. Simply enter your pickup location, destination, date, and time. Choose your preferred vehicle type and any special requirements, then confirm your booking. You'll receive immediate confirmation with your chauffeur's details.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), debit cards, and digital wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay. Corporate accounts can also set up monthly billing with approved credit terms.
Yes, you can modify or cancel your booking through your account dashboard or by calling customer service. Cancellations made more than 24 hours before pickup receive a full refund. Between 2-24 hours before pickup, a 25% fee applies. Cancellations less than 2 hours before pickup are non-refundable.
Your chauffeur will meet you at the designated pickup location holding a sign with your name. You'll receive their name, photo, vehicle details, and license plate number via SMS or email before pickup. All our chauffeurs wear professional uniforms and carry official identification.
We track all incoming flights in real-time using flight tracking systems. If your flight is delayed, your chauffeur will automatically adjust the pickup time at no extra charge for delays up to 2 hours. For longer delays, we'll contact you to make alternative arrangements.
Our prices are fixed based on the route, vehicle type, and time of day. The price you see when booking is the price you pay, except for additional charges like tolls, parking fees, airport fees, or excessive waiting time beyond the complimentary grace period.
