TERMS OF SERVICE

By accessing and using Hopeuptrips' chauffeur services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ('you'), and Hopeuptrips Transportation Services Ltd ('Hopeuptrips,' 'we,' 'us,' or 'our'), concerning your access to and use of the www.hopeuptrips.com website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto (collectively, the 'Site').

Hopeuptrips provides premium chauffeur services including airport transfers, hourly & full day hire, city-to-city rides, chauffeur hailing, chauffeur service, limousine service, and special occasion services across the United States.

Our services include professional chauffeurs, luxury vehicles, real-time tracking, and 24/7 customer support. Specific vehicle types and service levels may vary based on location and availability.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time, with or without notice.

To use certain services, you must create an account with accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content at our sole discretion.

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices displayed on our platform include vehicle, chauffeur, and standard amenities unless otherwise specified.

Payment is required at the time of booking for most services. Corporate accounts may apply for credit terms subject to approval.

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as specified on our platform. All transactions are processed securely.

Additional charges may apply for waiting time, tolls, parking, airport fees, and other expenses not included in the base fare.

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.

Cancellations made between 2-24 hours before pickup may incur a 25% cancellation fee.

Cancellations made less than 2 hours before pickup are non-refundable.

Same-day bookings must be cancelled at least 2 hours before pickup to avoid charges.

Corporate accounts may have different cancellation terms as specified in their service agreement.

Passengers must treat chauffeurs and vehicles with respect. Any damage to vehicles caused by passengers will be charged to the booking customer.

Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. Hopeuptrips is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

Smoking, illegal substances, and excessive alcohol consumption are strictly prohibited in our vehicles.

Passengers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations during transportation.

Children under 8 must be secured in appropriate car seats as required by state laws.

Our chauffeurs are professional, licensed, and thoroughly vetted professionals who commit to providing exceptional service.

Chauffeurs will arrive on time, maintain professional appearance and demeanor, and ensure your safety and comfort.

Chauffeurs have the right to refuse service to passengers who are intoxicated, disorderly, or pose a safety risk.

Tipping is at your discretion and not included in the fare. A typical gratuity is 15-20% of the fare.

Hopeuptrips maintains comprehensive commercial insurance coverage that exceeds state minimum requirements.

Our liability for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fare paid for the specific service.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

In the unlikely event of an accident, our insurance will cover passenger injuries and property damage in accordance with applicable laws and our policy terms.

Hopeuptrips is not liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms of Service when such failure or delay is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, war, terrorism, natural disasters, labor disputes, governmental actions, or severe weather conditions.

In such events, we will make reasonable efforts to provide alternative arrangements or issue refunds for affected services.

The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Hopeuptrips Transportation Services Ltd, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You may not use our trademarks, service marks, or logos without our prior written consent.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Site and informs users of our data collection practices.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Hopeuptrips and our licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees).

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through arbitration in New York, NY, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.

Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
